Install 2 brick pillars at the main entrance, installation of 2,200 linear feet of gravel road parallel to Route 15, Anti-Personnel shrubs consisting of 2400 holly bushes, 4 ornamental cantilever gates, 4 chain link gates, 6,000 linear feet of chain link fence, 1,400 linear feet of decorative ornamental iron fence, and 14,000 linear feet of fence hardening cable. In order for this work to be accomplished it had to be pre-approved by the Maryland Historical Society and acceptable by the Convent of Sister of Mercy in accordance with the land acquisition agreement. Final acceptance hinged on final approval of the Maryland Historical Society and the Convent of Sisters of Mercy.
