New Construction of High Tech Learning Center complete with fully computer-controlled audio/visual training at each instructor’s station. Facility included extensive architectural amenities such as archways, terrazzo floors, raised computer room floors and oak millwork. One of the unique requirements of the contract was designing the exterior appearance of the building to blend with the Army Master Post plan for aesthetics. The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers issued a Certificate of Appreciation to ARRIBA Corporation for Exceptional performance. At time of award, this was the largest HUBZone project ever awarded.
