Post 2 at Oceana Naval Air Station includes the demolition and replacement of a Gatehouse and the addition of a Gatehouse Canopy, a defensive firing position, and an emergency power backup generator. The project also incorporates perimeter hardened fencing and installation of new roadways that incorporate two level K12 pop up active barriers, five Cable Crash Beam barriers, Bollards, and five remote operated drop arm gates. The new gatehouses incorporated level III bullet resistant windows, doors, and frames. Included site work, storm drains, erosion control and support potable water.
