Provided all Design and Construction services associated with the erection of a new metal building and racquetball court in the Headquarters Area of the Installation. The building is 26’ X 54’ X 25’ and holds a 20’ X 40’ X 20’ racquetball court as well as a ADA compliant waiting area. Demolition included 2000 sf of asphalt parking lot where the new building now stands. An HVAC system for the playing area and waiting area was designed and installed. Life Safety equipment and alarms were also installed.
