Walter is responsible for managing, training, and overseeing the entire ARRIBA safety program. He has been in the safety field for over 12 years and has an extensive knowledge of safety requirements as outlined in the Corps of Engineers Safety Manual, EM 385-1-1 and CFR 1926 OSHA regulations.
